West Hardin Water Supply Corporation  offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

Online Bill Payment with PAYSTAR 

PayStar is a business providing online bill payment service for West Hardin Water Supply Corporation (WHWSC) customers via credit card. Just click the green "Pay Your Bill Now" button and follow the prompts.  You will need to have your account number handy. 

PayStar charges a fee of $2.50 ($0.01 - $80.00) or 3.5% ($80.01 - $1,999.00) to each customer who pays online. WHWSC is a non-profit business and will not gain any of the online service fee. WHWSC will only receive the balance due amount. Payments may take up to seven (7) business days to post from your credit card or debit card via your financial institution. Please consult with your bank for transaction posting dates.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments and meter reading with your payment stub. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least 5-7 business days before the due date specified on your bill. 

Payment Drop-off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, money orders, and credit cards. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy. 

Late charge

A $15.00 late charge will be added to the account balance if not paid in full by the 10th of each month.

Accounts NOT paid each month

Payments not paid in full by the 20th of each month will be locked until bill is paid in full. A reconnecting fee of $50.00 will be automatically added to the bill balance. Please note: No unlocks after 3:00 pm.
